The New Brunswick Housing and Re-development Authority announces Phase I Groundbreaking/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for its Phase I Hope VI revitalization project on the Hope Manor site on George Street and Remsen Avenue location.  

Phase I, currently under construction includes (68) residential units and approximately 9,625 sq. ft. of commercial space in the Lower George Street neighborhood.
